I took a product management bootcamp in RevoU from January 2024 till May 2024, where I learn the skills that a product manager needs to have. Some of the skills I learn include:
Product and business understanding
- Generate a product strategy from a product vision that is based on the company vision and mission.
- Developed a good understanding of what the company’s business model is and document them in a business model canvas and lean canvas
OKR and product metrics
- Determine the product metrics based on the product strategy, objectives and key results.
- Develop the product roadmap based on the given product metrics and key results.
research in product Management
- Conduct product research by building a customer persona
- Do competitor analysis
- Conduct market research through various different methods, which include but not limited to survey and in-depth interview.
Product Prioritization
- Develop a customer journey map
- Analyze the target market’s pain points
- identify the main problems that the product needs to solve.
- Initiate a few possible approaches to the problems and prioritize them based on impact and effort.
Product ideation and development
- Defining user values within a product
- Determine the user flow for the product
- Create an MVP (minimum viable product) for the product
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria based on the identified product requirements
- Create a PRD (product requirement document)
- Conduct usability testing
Technical product Management
- Execute SQL queries for fetching specific data from a database.
- Create an API request using JavaScript.
- Develop a simple web program with API request.
Stakeholder Management
- Identify different types of stakeholders, their role in the project, and how they affect the success of the project.
- Learn how to communicate ideas and concerns properly to different types of stakeholders.
Product Growth and Experimentation
- Implement the HOOK model to a product to make customers keep using the product
- Execute A/B testing to determine the success of a new feature
Product Launch &
Go-TO-Market STrategy
- Execute product launch using a well-crafted roll out plan.
- Execute a go-to-market strategy using the right communication strategy and customer experience strategy

Styluxe – Clothes Rental App
During my time in RevoU, we were assigned to create a clothes rental app for our group project. We decided to go with Styluxe, a unisex clothes rental service for formal gowns and traditional outfits. Our task is to increase the retention rate of the clothes rental service by developing and launching this app.
The project is divided into 2 parts, which are Phase 1 and Phase 2. You can learn more about them in the presentation slides below.
