About Me
I’m an ambitious and highly driven individual who is passionate in doing a lot of things, mainly about business development. I gradually develop skills in product management and digital marketing, and I gradually start to develop passion in brand design and strategy.
My past experiences include developing strategies in handling more than 300 customers when working as a customer support, and also swiftly gathering more than 150 leads in the span of 5 days when I become the international sales representative for my company in the Trade Expo 2022.
I took computer science for my bachelor’s degree, and computer engineering for my master’s, which helps me gain skills to write software codes and communicate effectively with software engineers. I also have prior experience in working as a web-developer, where I develop websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and also WordPress, which is what this website is hosted on.
I have skills and experience from many different fields, thus I can interact and relate with people from a wide variety of career fields and departments.
I am looking forward to learning new things and exploring more opportunities around me.
Experience
PT. Pusan Manis Mulia
I worked in Pusan Manis Mulia from December 2021 until May 2024, where I handled a few jobs, and they are as following:
Digital marketing
Created posts, carousels, reels, and videos for Pusan’s social media and also plays a huge role in the launch of the company’s marketing campaigns. Optimized the company’s branding in social media, which increases brand awareness by 30%.
Customer Support
Onboarded around 300 customers that inquire about our products, listening to their retail needs, then delegate them to the sales manager within their domicile for them to arrange the purchase order.
Web Developer
Developed the company’s website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implemented the company branding into the website, and integrated the contact form with SMTP.js to send the submitted form into the customer support e-mail to be processed.
Sales representative
Generated more than 150 international leads from a wide variety of countries during the Trade Expo 2022. Generated 100 purchases from blood donors in the Aksi Donor Darah Palang Merah Indonesia Ramadhan 2024 event.
E-Commerce Admin
Managed the e-commerce platforms of the company and processed 150 purchases by packing the customer orders, and handing them over to the pick-up courier or drop them off at the nearest delivery counter.
Graphic Designer
Designed the packaging for 12 products, and also designed 2 event booths, 1 strap-on shelf for the sales representatives to walk around and promote our products, and also a sticker design for a promotional trolley.
Master Arloji
I worked in Master Arloji as an operational assistant manager, finance accountant, and software engineer from March 2020 to April 2022. Some of the things I do include:
Managed and documented daily sales using a software run in Visual Basics 6, that uses Crystal Reports to generate the daily sales documentation. Then document and calculated the total daily and monthly sales in Microsoft Excel.
Developed a mobile software that can help convert the code numbers that the shop uses to operate into numeric value, and vice versa, which increases efficiency in the documentation of the daily sales by 50%.
Analyzed the inventory numbers for more than 100 different watches and clocks every quarter, to ensure transparency in the sales of the employee.
PT. Star Cosmos
I worked in PT. Star Cosmos as a mobile developer from February 2020 to March 2020.
During my time here, I worked on a mobile app called Cosmos Loyalty, which is an app that is used by Cosmos resellers to get a chance of winning rewards from the company.
My contribution to the development of this app are as following:
- Improved the overall user experience by developing a new version of the front-end of the Cosmos Loyalty app using the prototype build by the UI/UX designer in Figma.
- Enhanced the functionality of the Cosmos Loyalty app by implementing QR code scanner using a third party code, and integrating it into the app for users to scan their Cosmos products into their Cosmos Loyalty account.
- Collaborated with the UI/UX designer and back-end developer to ensure that all the stakeholders are aligned with the direction of how the Cosmos Loyalty app is going to be improved, leading to the success of the app development.
